CV –SPILLWAY PENSTOCK

Sealed on 3 sides for installation on wall. This design allows water flow control by means of outflow system at gate.

Mainly used for the following applications in:

• wastewater treatment plants
   
• drain manifolds
   
• urban small chest
   
• irrigation installations or any other type of hydraulic work where the flow has to be controlled.

General characteristics

Sealed on 3 sides, at the bottom and on both sides and the gate with LINEAR sliding system.

Various construction materials, tightness by elastomer seal and guiding system with sliders to reduce coefficient of friction.

Standard manufacturing dimensions 200 x 200 through 2000 x 2000 mm. Other dimensions upon request.

Optional spillway gate with PIVOTING regulating system.

Other materials such as DUPLEX, AISI 904L and so on can be manufactured on request.

Spillway with uni-directional seal system. Working conditions according to the spillway height.

ON position, spillway mounted on immerged side and hence the pressure of fluid helps to close it.
OFF position, spillway mounted on dry side and hence the pressure of fluid prevents the closure
